About the Project

The 1901 Inc. project was a dynamic collaboration between Amy Zaremba and Alicia Rheal, with lettering by Wade Lambrigtsen. The design began with a request to create a mural symbolizing the company’s “building blocks to success.” Our challenge was to convey a sense of permanence and structure while ensuring the piece could be relocated in the future.

Text panels were hand-painted on metal sheets and mounted to the wall, with faux finishes on both surfaces to visually anchor the work. The mural above serves as a meditation on the dedication and craftsmanship that drive the company, while six painted gears represent each of its departments.

Despite production delays, the project ultimately stands as a testament to open communication, adaptability, and our shared commitment to achieving the highest quality results.
